STAGED 4 SALE will thoroughly assess your home to generate a Staging Plan or Bid. We stage according to your time frame and budget restraints. Since you are selling the entire house, we stage the entire house.

It doesn’t matter if the house is cluttered or empty. We customize our services to suit your needs and the needs of your house to become certified staged. We can use the homeowner’s belongings to re-design, recommend purchasing new accessories or we can pull from our own inventory of rental accessories and furniture. We will also provide “after” photos for you to use as a quick ready to show.

Walk Thru Consultation

We will tour the home with you as you take notes, we will take digital photos as we assess each room and describe to you how you can begin the staging process yourself. It will include step-by-step recommendations of things to be done to showcase your home & to broaden its appeal to the greatest number of buyers. Buyers typically can’t see beyond your “stuff” and unique décor, as wonderful as it may be. They want to see a spacious, uncluttered home that they can visualize moving into. This is a great plan for the do-it-yourself homeowner to begin the pre-staging process or to do as much as you can. This consultation ends with a proposal to have your house professionally staged by us from start to finish or for fine tuning the property. $150

EXCLUSIVE DETAILED REPORT

We will tour the home as we take photos and provide a customized interior & exterior Home Staging Plan specific to your needs. It will include step-by-step recommendations of things to be done to showcase your home & to broaden its appeal to the greatest number of buyers. Buyers typically can’t see beyond your “stuff” and unique décor, as wonderful as it may be. They want to see a spacious, uncluttered home that they can visualize moving into. This is a great plan for the do-it-yourself homeowner. The report will include sketches, as well as, a list of items to purchase if needed to create “the WOW factor.” You can do as much or as little as you want. To ensure that the results are not compromised, you should plan on doing everything on the report. A report can be 5 to 55 pages long depending on what is required to certify your house staged 4 sale. A proposal along with a gift certificate for our services will be included with the report. Starts at $350 incremental increases for larger properties.

TRUreDESIGN:Owner Occupied Staging Re-design is the alternative design solution. It is the artful arrangement of existing furnishings that create an ambiance or a feeling. This is Staging service includes room editing, clutter elimination, furniture arrangement and space planning.

As we tour your home and take photos, we will take notes and ask you questions regarding the amount of packing and labor that you intend to invest in preparing your house for sale. We will create a “pre-staging” list based on the amount of work that you intend to do. Once we assess your needs, then we will submit a written proposal for a TRUreDESIGN. We are a full service staging company and can do anything to help you get staged. This service is for the budget-minded individual who has furniture and accessories to use for the re-design process.
